All SCFD board meetings are open to the public and anyone is welcome to attend. In-person meeting locations rotate throughout the 7-county district. Many meetings are virtual. The 2023 schedule is here. Please see below for info on specific meetings.

At the first meeting of the year, the board passes resolutions regarding public postings of meetings and from time to time receives presentations from cultural partners. The distribution numbers for the previous year are officially updated as well.

At this meeting, budgeted distribution numbers for Tier III grant cycle announced and adopted.

At this meeting, leadership from the Tier I organizations present their annual certification reports to the board on how SCFD funds were used to benefit the public and adopt Tier I projected distributions.
